Summer Music Lessons

Now that school is out, don't let your cello languish in the corner or your piano gather dust. Don't let all your hard work fade away! If you've been taking lessons at school, it's best to continue over the summer time. Consider signing up for some lessons. Or, if you're an adult and you've always dreamed of playing the cello or piano, summer is the perfect time to pick up.Why not give it try!

Homeschool families

Warm hello to all local Capital District area homeschooling families! I'm now offering group or private cello and piano lessons during the day for homeschool families. Learning to play the cello or the piano is a wonderful way to incorporate a music curriculum into a weekly homeschool schedule. Group lessons are fun and how exciting it is to learn to make music as a social group together. Part of the curriculum is teaching the children how to help each other. If you are part of a local Albany area homeschool group, please consider adding a cello group lesson for your students. My studio is located in Delmar about 1 block from the Bethlehem Public Library, and about 1 block from the CDTA #18 bus stop on Delaware Ave. The Bethlehem Public Library is ideal for parents to use as a waiting area while their children attend lessons, especially, if there are siblings who would need to come along – the library has a wonderful children’s room.
